Il batterista Abe Cunningham ha raccontato al magazine Rolling Stone che il nuovo album sarà prodotto da Bob Ezrin, leggendario produttore di The Wall dei Pink Floyd. Questa scelta segna una svolta nel mondo della band da sempre con Terry Date in regia.

Sembra che ci sia aria di cambiamento nei Deftones ma Abe ha preso White Pony come punto di riferimento per le sonorità del nuovo materiale ancora senza data di uscita.
