Che il buon Nick Cave senta il richiamo del selvaggio blues rumoroso della sua giovinezza? Ad ascoltare "No Pussy Blues" dalla pagina Myspace dei Grinderman sembrerebbe proprio di sì.

Saranno quindi contenti coloro che hanno trovato stanchi e noiosi gli ultimi lavori del "King Ink": Grinderman recupera il nervosismo dei tempi d'oro, quelli che molti pensavano non tornassero più.

Ma non passino inosservati gli altri membri: oltre al fido Warren Ellis (Dirty Three) troviamo Jim Sclavunos dei Cramps e Martyn Casey dei Triffids.
