Fondata da Lee Dorian dei Cathedral alla fine degli anni 80 per pubblicare i dischi della sua band Napalm Death. Negli anni 90 ha cambiato la propria "missione" pubblicando dischi di area doom, sludge, stoner. Fra le band di punta ricordiamo Electric Wizard, Cathedral, Orange Goblin, sHeavy, Grand Magus, Witchcraft.
