Spylacopa è il nuovo progetto di John Lamacchia, chitarrista dei seminali Candiria. Per la realizzazione di un EP John ha collaborato con il bassista degli Isis Jeff Caxide e Greg Puciato dei Dillinger Escape Plan. Al contrario di quanto possiate immaginare, Spylacopa si ispira a Tortoise, Brian Eno e Aphex Twin rimarcando un idea di suono ambient-elettronico.
