AA.VV. - Butchering The Beatles (Restless)

Avete un amico metallaro che non ha nessun disco dei Beatles ma li rispetta solo perchè Portnoy ha una personale tribute-band? Bene, avete trovato il regalo di natale per lui.

L'ennesimo disco di cover dei Fab Four ha questa volte le fattezze trash dei metallari cotonati anni 80, con i loro seguiti di falsetti, bending e doppio pedale. Sicuramente la cosa più kitch e deprimente da anni a questa parte, talmente deprimente da risultare una sorta di "Ritorno Dei Morti Viventi" in musica.

Scopriamo che tanta gente degli anni 80 è ancora viva e vegeta, al contrario della band a cui pagano tributo: Alice Cooper, Steve Vai, Malmsteen e decine di sessionman a cui dovrebbero negare l'uso dello strumento per tutti i misfatti degli ultimi vent'anni.
