Fondata nel 1997 da Tony Presedo è diventata in breve tempo una delle etichette di riferimento dello stoner rock mondiale pubblicando dischi di Spirit Caravan, Nebula, Atomic Bitchwax, Hermano, Sleep e High On Fire. Nel 2007 è stata ceduta a Steve Dolcemaschio che ne ha rivitalizzato il catalogo con gli ottimi dischi di Ancestors, Naam, Warlocks, Priestess, Witch, Black Math Horsemen, Quest For Fire.
