Éons è stato uno dei dischi più interessanti del 2020 e una splendida aggiunta alla lista dei dischi fondamentali per il metal psichedelico. Con tre CD e due ore di musica la band francese mescolava drone metal, ambient, kraut rock, avanguardia e molto altro: se non lo conoscete recuperatelo. Questo "Solar Drone Ceremony" è la riproposizione dal vivo della title track del primo disco "The Conference Of The Stars", qui espansa, rimodellata, riarrangiata e ripensata. Un documento dal vivo (con annesso DVD) che purtroppo esprime in parte la grandiosità dell'orchestra di questi malati di mente. Qui siamo dalle parti di band rituali tipo i Bong (un po' i papà dei francesi): un lungo viaggio heavy psichedelico senza troppe sorprese.

Se conoscete la band fiondatevi anche su questo disco, altrimenti andate indietro di una mossa e procuratevi "Éons" e svariate sostanze illegali.
