Il pregio più grande di "Free From Deceit Or Cunnings" è che ti porta a ricercare nella memoria dischi sepolti dal tempo e dai trend. Birthday Party, Suicide, Bad Seeds, Pussy Galore. Suoni scarni, crudi ed elettrificati come non ne escono da ormai due decenni.

I Larsen Lombriki, consapevoli di questo, ci offrono un ora di musica per 20 idee e ricordi di una micro-epoca sonora che difficilmente sarà degna di un revival. Qui dentro Nick Cave è ancora alle prese con i demoni dell'eroina e i Suicide incutono paura.

Se non riuscite più a trovare certi album o volete tornare indietro di vent'anni comprate assolutamente questo "Free From Deceit Or Cunnings". Altrimenti compratelo lo stesso: male certamente non vi farà.
